Shipping Policy

This policy explains how your custom Print-on-Demand (PoD) order is processed and
shipped. Please read carefully, as our processing time is longer than for pre-made
items.

1. Processing Time (Production & Fulfillment)

The Processing Time is the duration required for our Print-on-Demand partner to
custom-create your item (printing, embroidery, or assembly) and prepare it for shipment.

  • Custom Production Time: All items are made-to-order just for you. This process
    typically takes 3 to 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: The Processing Time begins on the first full business day after your order is placed.
  • Buffer: We set this window to ensure high-quality production, especially during
    peak seasons.

2. The "Ship By" Timeline

The "Ship By" timeline is the latest date by which your item will be dispatched from the
fulfillment center.

  • Calculation: Your estimated "Ship By" date will equal the Order Date +
    Processing Time.
  • Tracking: Once your item is shipped, a tracking number will be immediately
    uploaded to your order notification, allowing you to follow its journey.

3. Shipping & Estimated Delivery Time (EDT)

The Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) includes both the Processing Time and the
Transit Time (the time the carrier takes to deliver the package).

United States 

Destination Typical Transit Time (After Ship By Date) 3 – 5 Business Days

Total Estimated Delivery Time (from Order Date) 6 – 12 Business Days

Carrier Responsibility: Once the package is marked as shipped and tracking is
provided, delivery speed is controlled by the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx). We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier performance, weather, or customs processing.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the final destination, the weight/size
of the item, and the fulfillment partner's rates.

Multiple Items: If you order multiple products (e.g., a tote bag and a shirt), they may be fulfilled by different partners and ship separately. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package, and the shipping cost calculated at checkout will cover all necessary shipments.

5. Contact Information
If your tracking information has not updated after 10 business days from the "Ship By"
date, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with our fulfillment partners.
