Nura Living Complete Return Policy & Sizing Disclaimer

Thank you for shopping with Nura Living. As a Print-on-Demand (POD) apparel store, each item is custom-made specifically for your order only after it has been placed.
For this reason, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-fault
reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color preference, or simply changing your mind.

Sizing Disclaimer: Please Read Before Ordering
Since every item at Nura Living is created specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or offer replacements for incorrect size selection.

To ensure a perfect fit, please follow these steps:

1. Consult the Sizing Chart: Locate the detailed sizing chart provided in the photo
gallery or description of the product you wish to purchase.
2. Measure a Favorite Garment: We highly recommend measuring a similar piece of
apparel that you already own and love the fit of (e.g., measuring your favorite t-shirt
width and length).
3. Compare: Match your measurements to the specific product chart provided.

A Note on Fit: If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend ordering the next size up. We appreciate your careful attention to sizing!

1. Eligible Replacements (Defective/Damaged Items Only)
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you receive an item that is defective,
damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong design or product shipped), we will gladly replace it. A defect may include misprints, noticeable production errors, or damage that occurred before delivery.

To qualify for a replacement:

  1. You must notify us within 10 business days of receiving your order.
  2. You must provide a clear description of the issue along with supporting, high-quality photos of the defect.

Replacement Process & Shipping Fee
If your claim is verified and approved, we will issue a replacement garment.

Replacement Shipping Fee: While Nura Living will cover the cost of the replacement garment itself, the customer will be responsible for a replacement shipping fee of $8.00 to cover the cost of sending the new item.

2. Steps for Replacement:

1. Contact us at [your email/contact form] within the 10-business-day window.
2. Include your order number, clear photos of the defect, and a brief explanation.
3. Once verified, we will send you an invoice or payment link for the $8.00 replacement
shipping fee.
4. Once the shipping fee is paid, we will immediately process and ship your replacement
item.
5. In some cases, we may provide a return label for the defective item or advise you to
keep/dispose of it, depending on production guidelines.

3. Non-Returnable/Non-Replacable Items

Because all products are custom-made upon order, we cannot accept returns or provide
replacements due to:

  • Incorrect size selection (as detailed in the Sizing Disclaimer).
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of preference.
  • Normal wear and tear after use.
  • Minor variations in color or design due to differences in screen/device display
